Single story dwellings (over 30 squares): $770.00 Inc. G.S.T

DWELLINGS (2 - 3 STORY)

2-3 story dwellings (up to 30 squares): $660.00 Inc. G.S.T.

2-3 story dwellings (over 30 squares): $880.00 Inc. G.S.T

EXTENSIONS / ADDITIONS

Single story addition (deemed to satisfy report): $770.00 Inc. G.S.T.

Two story addition (deemed to satisfy report): $880.00 Inc. G.S.T.

UNIT / TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENTS

Dual occupancy unit/townhouse development: $550.00 Inc. G.S.T.

Two unit/townhouse development: $770.00 Inc. G.S.T.

Three unit/townhouse development: $990.00 Inc. G.S.T.

Apartment and multi-unit/townhouse assessments with four (4) or more dwellings shall be quoted upon viewing of plans.
